has been successfully providing high-quality offshore
services to ISVs who own market-leading enterprise software
products.
Typically, we have been supporting offshore engagements
which require dedicated development teams to augment
ISV's Generic, Implementation and Maintenance teams
on a Distributed Collaborative Development framework.
For each engagement, we take the responsibility of
building and then managing a team in India for the ISV.
Since the team is built from the ground up based on
the unique requirements of the particular ISV, we have
been extremely successful in creating and sustaining
teams which have the right mix of product-oriented talent.
With the initiation of the engagement, Cordiant ensures
that the extended development centre has an identical
development environment as at the ISV location in order
to provide consistency and interoperability. This includes
hardware, software and communication infrastructure
for the offshore team to collaborate with the onshore
team. Cordiant also makes arrangements for induction
& online / offshore training for the product team
to get them up-to-date with the domain knowledge, product
vision and functions.
